What we collect when you order or contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and — if you choose to give it — your email address. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and your message.
We use these details only to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to reply to your enquiry. Your phone number is how our team confirms the order before it ships.
We do not collect card or bank details. All orders are Cash on Delivery, so no payment is taken online and no payment information ever reaches this website.
We share your name, address and phone number with the delivery service handling your parcel, because they need it to deliver. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our business records and for handling any return or query about that order.
